Shipping Policy

Shipping Area:

We currently ship only within Australia.

Shipping Cost:

Shipping is free for all orders Australia-wide.

We can ship directly to the funeral home. Simply put the name and address of the funeral home of your choice in the shipping information. Please ensure billing address is still that of your payment method.

Order Processing Times:

Orders on stock items are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched for delivery.

Orders on out of stock items are typically manufactured and processed within 3-5 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched for delivery.

Delivery Times:

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Damage:

 

We take great care in packaging your handcrafted timber urn box. However, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping. Please remember to take photographs of any damage to the packaging before opening it. If the urn itself is damaged contact us and we will help put you in contact with the shipping carrier directly for compensation.

Returns:

if you wish to return your urn box, returns must be posted at the customer’s expense. Please ensure the item is securely packaged for return shipping.

 

Personalised Items:

Personalised urn boxes, such as those with laser engraving or custom inscriptions, as well customised builds, cannot be returned.
