Frequently Asked Questions

What makes timber urns unique compared to other types?

Timber urns are handcrafted from some of the finest timbers available, each featuring natural marbling and coloration. Every urn is truly one-of-a-kind, reflecting the individuality of your loved one. Timber also offers a natural warmth and tactile comfort that metal or ceramic simply cannot match.

Are your urns environmentally friendly?

Yes! Our urns are made from timber sourced exclusively from sustainably managed forests. By choosing our urns, you support eco-friendly manufacturing and responsible environmental practices.

Can I customise my urn?

Absolutely. We offer a range of customisation options, including personalised engraving, custom sizing, and bespoke design requests. This allows you to create a truly unique and meaningful tribute.

Can I have an image engraved on my urn?

Yes! You can upload your image of your loved one when purchasing the laser engrave option in the product pages. We also have a large stock of images of popular cat and dog breeds, religious symbols, and tree of life motifs available for engraving on pet urns. If you prefer, you can also upload your own image of your pet. Please ensure that the image is of high quality, with good definition between light and dark tones, to achieve the best engraving results. This applies to both pet images and images of people.

I can't find my dog breed in your library?

Don't worry. We have you covered. If your breed is not in the library, just let us know what breed your pet is in the comments box on the product page when purchasing the laser engrave option. We will obtain some files of your particular pet breed and email them out to you forn your review. Or, alternatively, contact us at the email address below.

How do I choose the right size urn?

Selecting the right urn size depends mainly on the amount of ashes (cremains) you need to store, which is generally related to the person’s body weight/size before cremation. We provide guidelines for adult, child, and pet urns, in the product pages, and can also create custom sizes to suit your needs. If in doubt, consult your funeral director or contact us for advice.

How do I care for my timber urn?

To keep your urn beautiful for years to come:

  • Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent fading.

  • Store in a dry place and avoid moisture.

  • Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth.

  • Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

  • Handle with care and use timber-safe polish sparingly if desired.

How long does shipping take and is it free?

We offer free shipping Australia-wide. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and dispatched within 2–5 business days after processing. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Can you ship directly to a funeral home?

Yes, we can ship directly to the funeral home of your choice. Just provide the name and address of the funeral home in the shipping information at checkout. Please ensure your billing address matches the payment type used.

What is your return policy?
